It has a double bed in the bedroom and a large living room. There is working internet and a fully equipped simple but nice kitchen. The apartment is very bright and silent. It is located on the 3rd floor in Berlin´s Prenzlauer Berg best area full of things to see, do and enjoy. The bathroom is very large, washing machine and dishwasher available. Minimum stay is 6 months at least.

The apartment is located in one of the nicest Berlin´s Neighborhoods, Prenzlauer Berg, Kollwitzs area. It is green, peaceful, full of great coffee shops, restaurants. Just around the corner from the well known Soho House, and just 5 minutes away from Downtown Berlin. On thursdays and on saturdas you have the street food Market on the Kollwiztstrasse.
